I want to look in people’s eyes and know that they are living from deep within. That when they come to work and go home, they are connected to a spirit that is constantly revealing their truth about themselves in the greater world. I want to look in people’s eyes and see them shine back with brightness because they know who they are and who they are becoming.
Growing up as a first generation Asian American provides me a purview of having the best of both worlds. Rooted in strong Asian values and brought up with all the benefits of innovative American culture, I often see and can pick up on that which is unspoken. I help give voice to that which has not been articulated, but is felt daily in the lives of those I work with. In so doing, I enhance lives, move organizations forward, build communities and possibly, in some small way, make the world a better place for the next generation.

Kathee Hill, ACC
When I began my coaching practice in 1999, I had no idea how deeply it would change my life, as well as the lives of my clients. My background includes over 15 years experience in technology and project management in several corporations including First Union National Bank/Wachovia Corporation. I knew first hand what "burn-out" felt like. The day I hired my coach, was the day my life began moving in a more positive direction.
The gift I can now give my clients is the courage to make positive changes in their life. Change requires taking action. Action is moving forward positively. Through the process of coaching, some of my clients have made small, but powerful, steps to change their lives, while others have taken giant leaps. The common theme in both is having the courage, support and encouragement of their coach to see them successfully make the change. It is the reason I am a coach.
